• Other users see that you are verified - this makes you less anonymous and more credible and authentic.
• You can add 50 pictures to your profile instead of only 30 (Power-Users have no picture limit).
• In the forums of the groups you can rate posts with two votes instead of one.
• You can help out checking pictures and checking forum posts in the user administration.
• You can try out our Power-User services for one month for free (only with "first" verification, not if you delete and then recreate your profile and verify your profile again!)
• Verifying yourself is free of charge, the information you give us is being treated with the utmost confidentiality (we do not pass it along to anyone or use it for marketing).
• Other advantages will be added in the future (especially when new features are added).

Steps to get verified online

1. Scan your (official and valid) identity card/passport or take a picture of it - make sure everything is clearly readable.
2. Upload the picture and provide us with your current address (where you live/could be contacted) with the following form:
   You first have to log in (or register if you have not created a profile on Purplemoon yet) before you can verify your identity!
3. We will check your information and send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Steps to get verified by post

1. Download our verification form which is fitted to your profile and fill in the needed information. (Only available if you are logged in)
2. Copy your (official) identity card/passport and take care the copy is readable (good contrast and quality).
3. Send the form and a copy of your ID by post to:
